Open Question: lawn mower replacement part store in kansas city?

Hi! Does any one know if there is a store in kansas city Missouri (or near) where I can buy replacement parts for a black and decker electric mower??? I know the exact part I'm looking for, but I can't find any stores that I can actually go and buy it. I don't want to have to do it online. If it helps, the part I'm looking for is the fan of a black and decker electric mower, the model is MM600, and according to a diagram I looked up, the part number is 241125-00 Could anyone please help me look it up???
